BRETT & ASHLEY NOBLES
Hey, we're Brett & Ashley! When we're not chilling at the beach on a random weekday or traveling the world on a whim, we’re working from home in our pj's teaching people how to create profitable income streams by strategically leveraging what they already have. The only "board meetings" on our schedule are surf lessons (yes, black people surf) & our office is anywhere that has a decent Wi-Fi connection. If you were to tell us five years ago that we’d be spending our time pursuing our passions, living each day on our own terms & helping others achieve financial freedom, we would have laughed.
Truth is, our life wasn't always this #goals. Not even close!
In 2015, we were newly married & completely broke. Flat broke. Dead broke. Couldn’t-afford-ramen-noodles broke. Talk about a honeymoon phase straight out of a cheesy romantic comedy…not! Drowning in debt, stuck in jobs we hated & on the verge of bankruptcy, each day felt more like a nightmare we were never going to wake up from. But it was during these tough times that we committed to take back control of this runaway train called our life.
Like most people, we didn’t have the slightest clue how to create an income stream outside of a conventional job…all we had ever known was exchanging our time for money. But when you’re determined to become the conscious creator of your life & not the unconscious victim, the universe has a way of putting you in the right place at the right time to launch a big shift in your life. But the hustle is sold separately.
Enter: our life-changing discovery of short-term rentals.
Wanna talk about an ah-ha! moment? Turns out, the keys to financial freedom were sitting right in front of us the entire time. And they just so happened to be the keys to our apartment.
This expensive liability of ours that was costing us money every single month was an asset in disguise capable of making us money every single month. And a lot of it.
It was all a huge mystery to us at first, but once we shifted our mindset from using our home as simply a place to live to leveraging it as a profitable income stream, our life did a complete 180. And the results were insane. In a matter of months, our home became the breadwinner of our household & was bringing in more money than both of our soul-sucking corporate careers combined.
Within a year, we replaced our 9-5 income, quit our full-time jobs & dug ourselves out of the massive debt we had accumulated. Within two years, we launched multiple properties that have consistently generated half a million dollars per year, all without owning a single one.
Five years, 700+ bookings, multiple Top Host awards & clients the likes of Google, Microsoft, Amazon & Netflix, you could say we knew a thing or two about how to create successful location rentals. And we knew our strategies could be easily replicated if people simply had the right tools & blueprint.
So in 2018, we launched YourIncomeSpace.com, where it is our mission to teach people how to build wealth by creating profitable income streams using what they already have.
Not only have we created multiple six & seven-figure businesses of our own, but our comprehensive online programs have educated & empowered a community of over 2,000 motivated entrepreneurs from all over the world to create their own unique success stories. And to us, that holds more value than any bank balance ever could.
We believe that what you get from success isn’t nearly as important as who you become. And for us, that is two motivated hustlers committed to growth, always in all ways by helping other people create a life of financial freedom!
